How do we schedule an appointment?
Either through email, a phone call or social media messaging. We will take your information and typically set up a time for Josh to call to chat about what the patient's goals are and discuss a plan of action.
What happens next?
Typically after you reach out we will ask for pictures and videos to be able to quickly lay eyes on the patient-this is so beneficial to help determine what may be needed. After the best plan of care is determined, and depending on location, we will either set up a time to visit or send a casting kit if needed.
How are the devices made?
We will take the cast provided and then begin the process of rectification, material selection, fabrication and finishing.
How are the devices delivered?
Depending on location, the custom device will be sent back to the caregiver or veterinarian that we are working with. Ideally, we will have a FaceTime call or video sent to ensure proper fit, if we cannot be onsite.
How much does this cost?
Since each device is custom made to each individual, and can vary depending on complexity and components being utilized, there is no way to determine a set price. That said, cost usually ranges between $1000-$2000 PER brace. This cost includes all evaluations, casting material, fabrication, shipping and future adjustments as needed.
Do you have any references?
Absolutely! Please contact us for a list of formal references. In the meantime make sure to check out some of the sanctuaries we have worked with.
